Most items are shipped directly from our main warehouse in China, using trusted carriers like ePacket or EMS, depending on your order’s size and weight. For customers in the U.S., we also fulfill orders from local warehouses via USPS.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer free worldwide shipping to most destinations! If for any reason we’re unable to deliver to your location, we’ll notify you as soon as possible after you place your order.
Are there customs fees?

Why does my tracking show “no info available”?
Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear after your package is shipped. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and you still can’t find tracking details, please reach out—we’re happy to help.
Will all items arrive together?
Not always. To speed up delivery, some items may ship separately depending on availability and warehouse location. Don’t worry—tracking details will be provided for each shipment.
